A lot of people are intrigued with this newly launched MLM / Networking site. Yes, they are new and interesting as well. I am here not to promote their site but to give insights as to what I personally think of their program.

They officially launched just this Dec. 1, 2007 but they did their pre-launch period last November. As far as I've been a member of this MLM / networking, they have been true to their promise of earning while you sleep. They promised instant payment to your e-gold account as soon as you get your referrals or your spill-overs. Instant payment is what they promised and instant payment is what I got. This program offers members $5,000 worth of digital products like e-books, and almost $1,000 worth of money making scripts, all with reseller rights. This makes them MLM and not HYIP. The products are best for webmasters' use and newbies alike. Anyone who joins their program is able to download these digital products after they log-in and resell them using their own site or any means the member would find convenient for him and his customer.
So where does the MLM /networking comes in? After you signed up, you have the option to sell the products and refer others as well to gain more earnings. It's a forced 2x20 matrix, wherein you can refer 2 people or more (if you can) with 20 levels deep. I believe that this system uses the Chinese principle that even though the earnings you get are a bit smaller than any other businesses out there, but the target here is the VOLUME. The total of earnings that one can get is more or less $200,000, if he/she completed the 2x20 matrix. You'll see it in their site "how it works" tab.
I would also commend on their admin for being honest and understanding, best of all, friendly. People nowadays are scared to even join such programs as they might be scams and not legit. But maybe the fact that their admin interacts with their customers, and even forewarns them of server upgrades and such, is a big plus.
One thing that might prove that they are legit is that the concept that the company cannot earn when they are not online. If you were the admin, you would probably want to earn more money which means you have to make sure your website is up and running. Unless of course you think that you are already too damn rich.
Here's a thought to ponder upon: $10 for $5,000+ worth of e-books and scripts and the chance to earn more through the networking side of the program, is not that bad for a program to join. Hopefully they would go on forever.
